||Human resources management has an important role for any organization. A great human resources, dedicated to improving the contribution that can be given by the workers in the organization towards the achievement of organizational goals. So, we neeed a right human resources management, directed, and planned so as to porduce qualified human resources in accordance with that required by the organization to the present and future.
Management audit is designed specifically for analyzing, evaluating, reviewing, and improving organizational performance in relation to a set of standards and regulations within the organization, more specifically in Bagian Kepegawaian, which will be discussed in this paper. Management audit in Bagian Kepegawaian of RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya conducted by SPI (Satuan Pengendali Internal) which is owned by the hospital.
Audit of human resources management is needed to assess the performance of human resources possessed by each organization. Overall audit of human resources management in Bagian Kepegawaian made by SPI have benn in accordance with the phase of the management audit, namely: a preliminary audit, review and testing of control management, detailed auditing, reporting, and monitoring.
