Abstrak Achmad Yani, 2010, Infrastructure Inventory Information System using Barcode at FST Airlangga University Surabaya, this Final Project under the guidance of Ir. Dyah Herawatie, M.Si. and Endah Purwanti, S.Si M.Kom. Three Diploma Study Program Information System, Faculty of Science and Technology, Airlangga University. ABSTRACT The purpose of this final project is to make a faculty infrastructure inventory information system with barcoding system so for asset reporting process can be done at any time. Processes that exist in this system include receiving goods inventory, distribution, mutations, repair, removal, or the lost and create report. On design and implement for Infrastructure Inventory Information System using Barcode in Airlangga University of Faculty of Science and Technology is greatly needed supporting documents related to existing assets in the faculty and numbering procedures for goods in accordance with the provisions of inventory coding. Because with this numbering process each item will have an identity, when the process of mutation from one room to another, the repair process, the process of distribution to the department or the lecture hall, until the removal process is feasible to remove the goods, the goods can be in the know data and presence using the identity and with the added facility inventory barcode then the process becomes faster. Then in a database, needs to consider the steps of design and database normalization. Starting from the hierarchy chart and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), which has four external entities and 26 data store, the CDM and the PDM is generated into the MYSQL database. Then the implementation of design input and output into the program using the programming language PHP 5. Hope through this systems to facilitate employees who serve in controlling and maintenance. So for monitoring asset process can be optimized.
