Testimonial
Laura Elber, a representative of the International Institute for Asian Studies (IIAS) gave appreciation to UNAIR as the host of ICAS 13. UNAIR has packaged the ICAS 13 event well. Therefore, ICAS 13 provided an unforgettable memory for Laura.

"I really enjoyed the ICAS 13 event. This is my first time visiting Surabaya. The city of Surabaya is so beautiful and has many cultures and historical stories that are very interesting to learn, especially the villages in Surabaya," Laura said in an exclusive interview with the UNAIR NEWS Team.

Laura explained that the concept of conference festival (Confes) was the first time used at the ICAS event. Through this concept, ICAS 13 is not only an academic conference, but also provides experience for participants to interact and get closer to the surrounding community and society.
